The AAR club is primarily for American simulation racers, but not exclusive to only Americans. The name was borrowed from the Chrysler Plymouth logo used in their SCCA Trans Am campaign of the early 1970's.
Anyone can join provided they meet the minimum standards, and are commited to good sportsmanship and clean racing.
1. The performance skill level required to be a member is a minimum threshold. You must be able to achieve a top 400 FM3 time in two different classes.
2. Your competition gamer tag must include the "AAR" prefix.
3. You must be a member in good standing with the IFCA, and compete in at least 1 IFCA sanctioned series event during the year. (Can be done after initial membership)
4. The official "AAR" competition logo must be visibly displayed on both sides of your race car during official races.
5. You do not have to be an American to be an AAR member.
6. You do not have to drive American cars to be a member.
7. You do have to race within the rules of a given event, and be a clean racer at all times on the track.
